Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read our store guidelines carefully before placing your order. Because each item is custom made and hand-stitched, specific criteria apply.

Handmade Return Exemption Notice

All Yarnicorn Dreams crochet flowers, bouquets, keychains, and plushies are 100% handcrafted from raw yarn thread. Because of the intensive, custom labor-focused nature of handmade goods, we do not accept standard returns, size exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations.

Damaged Claims Only

Refunds are strictly limited to instances where items arrive physically damaged during transit or are structurally defective. We cannot offer refunds for color shade variations or minor cosmetic deviations.

Unboxing Video Required

To verify claims of transit damage, you must provide a single, continuous unboxing video showing the opening of the outer delivery package and inspection of the item. Edited or spliced clips are not valid.

7-Day Return Window

Any claim regarding transit damage or missing package items must be submitted to our support channel within 7 days of package delivery. Claims made past this window cannot be processed.

How to Lodge a Damaged Item Claim

  1. Record a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed delivery label of the courier box.
  2. Send an email to our support team at hello@yarnicorndreams.com containing:
    • Your Order ID (e.g. #YD-1234)
    • Details describing the damage
    • Your uncut unboxing video as an email attachment or Google Drive link
  3. Our studio team will review the footage and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will issue a full store refund or ship a handmade replacement free of charge.
